Full-service planning

Full planning: when do you need it?

What's the fee for full planning?

null
If you want a full-service scenario,
estimate about 15% of your wedding budget.

If you have no free time because of a demanding job, or if you have no clue where to start when it comes to planning, and your organizational skills aren’t the greatest; if you have a very short time frame for planning, or if you’re throwing a destination wedding and/or a wedding weekend involving multiple events, you need a complete planning.

As it implies, this service is all encompassing; everything from theme design and the overall concept to welcome gift assembly and everything in between. Perhaps most notably, contract negotiation and site scouting are included in this level of service.

Fabio Zardi is definitely the best option for any wedding or event you may be planning in Santorini. They are easily as professional, talented, and capable as the best event planners in New York where we are from. When we first went to Santorini we had a hard time finding someone that was as professional as what we were used to. Everyone we spoke to recommended Fabio Zardi. Finding Fabio Zardi was a huge relief. Really exceptional, we were very happy with them, strongly recommend!
